This committee’s primary responsibilities are to:
- Agree, with the Headteacher, a staffing structure for the school that supports the school’s development plan and priorities.
- Review and approve Headteacher recommendations for staff pay progression (in conjunction with Finance).
- To monitor and review teaching and support staff development activities and their effectiveness at improving teaching and learning in the school.
- Monitor the school’s compliance with Health and Safety requirements
- To monitor and review all aspects of maintenance, improvement or repair related to the school premises.
