Pay, Personnel and Premises (PPP) Committee

This committee’s primary responsibilities are to:

  • Agree, with the Headteacher, a staffing structure for the school that supports the school’s development plan and priorities.
  • Review and approve Headteacher recommendations for staff pay progression (in conjunction with Finance).
  • To monitor and review teaching and support staff development activities and their effectiveness at improving teaching and learning in the school.
  • Monitor the school’s compliance with Health and Safety requirements
  • To monitor and review all aspects of maintenance, improvement or repair related to the school premises.
