Year 5 – Monet Team
Class teacher:
PPA time
Planning, preparation and assessment time for Sara is on Wednesday afternoons covered by James (Music) and Bob (P.E). Upper Phase leadership time for Steven will be on Friday afternoons covered by Karen Whichelow.
Homework
Homework is set on Fridays and is due in on Tuesday. Homework will include one piece of Maths, English or Topic plus a spelling list each week. I expect all of these to be completed and handed in on time.
Physical Education
PE is taught on Monday afternoons by Sara in the School Hall and on Wednesday afternoons by Bob in the Community Centre. It is essential that children have the correct PE kit in school for these days i.e. shorts, t-shirt and trainers or plimsolls.
Timetable And Routines
Children should be in the Junior Playground lined up and ready at 9.00am.
Please remember not to enter the school building before this time.
Lunch time: 12:15 p.m. – 1:15 p.m
Break time: 10:30 p.m. – 10:50 a.m
Spanish: Wednesday at 11.30 a.m. with Enric
Music: Wednesday at 2:15 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. (following singing assembly) with James
Singing assembly: Wednesday at 2.30 p.m
